The Ceramic Intalox saddle ring is processed by a continuous extrusion process. Compared with the Raschig ring packing of the same material, it has the advantages of large flux, reduced pressure, and high efficiency.
The saddle ring packing bed has a large porosity, and the bed is mostly circular-arc liquid channels, which reduces the resistance of gas through the bed and also reduces the radial diffusion coefficient when the liquid flows downward.

Feature:
1.These saddles are made from chemical porcelain and have excellent resistance to acids except in the case of hydrofluoric acid.
2.Moisture absorption must less than half a percent.
3.The porcelain’s specific gravity is 2.3-2.4g/cm3 and an average heat capacity (between 20℃ and 500℃ of 0.22 cal/g.℃)
4.The oftening point is 1400℃ min. And they show good thermal shock resistance during repeated cycling between 20℃ and 820 ℃.

Widely used in drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers, washing towers, regeneration towers in the chemical, metallurgy, gas, environmental protection and other industries.
